Our Research & Pricing Methodology

PreStocks delivers price discovery, company data, and news coverage for unlisted and pre-IPO equity. This page explains where that information comes from and how it is compiled, so investors can weigh it appropriately.

Indicative Pricing

Indicative prices shown on company pages are compiled from recent secondary-market transaction data on the PreStocks platform. They reflect what buyers and sellers have recently agreed to, not a live exchange order book — unlisted shares have no single public price feed the way listed equity does, so different platforms may show different indicative prices for the same company at the same time.

Company Data

Company overview, financial performance, and investor information referenced on PreStocks is compiled from company DRHP filings (where available), public regulatory releases, and publicly reported funding and financial data. Where a specific figure isn't independently verifiable, we describe it in general terms rather than presenting an unverified number as precise.

News & Editorial Content

PreStocks News delivers price discovery updates, DRHP filing coverage, and pre-IPO market analysis compiled from company filings, SEBI public releases, and escrow secondary-market transaction data on the platform. See our Editorial Policy for how articles are sourced and corrected.

What This Isn't

Nothing on PreStocks — prices, company profiles, or news — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a guarantee of any future outcome, including IPO timing or listing price. See our Risk Disclosure for the full regulatory notice.
